Terms of Use

Last updated October 22, 2026

By using Attractiveness Test HQ you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. The site is not offered in Illinois, Texas, or Washington, and you agree not to use tools such as a VPN to get around that.

Your photo

• Upload only photos of yourself, or of an adult who has clearly agreed to it.
• Never upload photos of anyone under 18.
• Don't use the site to rate, rank, mock, or harass other people, or to make decisions about anyone (for example in hiring or dating screening).
• Don't upload nude or sexual images, or images you don't have the right to use.

How the photo is processed is described in the privacy policy.

Entertainment only

Scores and tips are produced automatically by an AI model. They are opinions about a single photo, may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or biased, and are not medical, psychological, cosmetic, or any other professional advice. Don't rely on them for important decisions.

Fair use of the free test

Free tests are limited per day. Don't try to get around the limits or the human check, automate requests, or interfere with the site. We may pause or change the free test at any time.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from using it or relying on a score.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions? Use the contact page.
